Cordon Bleu with Ninja Air Fryer Max

  1. 1 boneless chicken breast
  2. 2 slices of Swiss deli cheese
  3. 2 slices of deli ham
  4. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  5. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  6. 1/2 egg (beaten)
  7. 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  8. Salt
  9. Ground black pepper
  1. Slice the chicken breast almost half parallel to the tabletop.
  2. Open up the sliced breast and pound it to flatten the breast.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread Dijon mustard on top.
  5. Top with a slice of cheese, two slices of ham then another slice of cheese. 
  6. Roll the layers up and secure with 2 toothpicks on each side or aluminum foil.
  7. Mix grated parmesan into panko.
  8. Coat the roll in flour, then egg and the panko-cheese mixture.
  9. Preheat the Ninja Kitchen Air Fryer Max for 10 mins at 180C.
  10. Place the roll in the air fryer and air fry for 18 mins.
  11. Serve and enjoy your cordon bleu!
