Honey Garlic Butter Salmon ​


Serves 2

  1. Salmon
  2. Handful Broccoli
  3. Half handful cherry tomatoes
  4. 2 slices Lemon (Squeeze to juice)
  5. Half Butter 
  6. 1 Tbsp Honey
  7. 1 Tsp Garlic
  8. Salt & Pepper to taste
  9. Aluminium Foil
  1. Pre-Heat Oven at 200deg ~8-10mins
  2. Wash your salmon, broccoli, tomatoes
  3. Sprinkle some salt & pepper onto the salmon
  1. Dash some olive and pepper to the the broccoli and send into the oven!
  2. In a small bowl/ dish, squeeze the 2 slices of lemon and stir in the honey. 
  3. In a heated pan, melt the butter. Add in the honey lemon (from step 2) then the garlic. Stir for around a min or two.
  4. Put the 2 slices of lemon on the salmon, and drizzle the sauce on the salmon
  5. Put in the cherry tomatoes and wrap up the foil.
  6. Send in to the oven again for around 10mins
